Many cards have the same unupgraded and upgraded name.
Though this card could have something less terrifying than terror for the unupgraded version, maybe like sky hunter.

Maybe the element appropriate is fire or death as they normally symbolize rage. How about an assault card? Other element, the targeted creature can attack other creatures.

Fire and death both already have creatures that can attack other creatures, fire nymph and virus.

Because the thread creator has not given anything other than art. It's everyone else who's arguing about the idea itself, which doesn't seem to promote a lot of going-somewhere with this card.
