(1) the concept is obscure to me. I don't understand why/how the sky has such an effect on creatures.

(2) the wording needs some love. Apparently, all passive abilities are cancelled, so why not using this wording?

(3) of all the Arena cards, this one is the one I like the less.

No - There is a slight difference between passive abilities and  0-cost abilities, as SoR can make any skills 0-cost. Also is it clearer and more succinct to just put what many other have already realised it to mean: passive abilities.

But I agree that this doesnt thematically make sense. Why does sky stop a scorpion from causing poisoning when its eaten?

Re description Try:

OR

"Negate all passive abilities. units immune."

Perhaps we could coin the term innate abilities to mean all abilities that are automatically triggered?

The name 'Sky' is still a bit vague. Try Sky Lift or Sky Drift or something onomatopoetic of that caliber.

Better effect though. Major abuse with Sky Blitz though. Keep balance in mind.

EDIT: Just noticed this. Sky Blitz is already ingame. Sky anything will have to be a temporary name.

Well, I purposely made it combo with Sky Blitz. Seriously though, if you wanted to spam Sky Blitz, you would just use airborne creatures. The only grounded creature in is Blue Nymph.

Also, this is a place you fight in. That would be the sky. You're not fighting in 'drift 1. noun - a current of wind'

Oh that's true. You know, if you had a creature that gave other creatures the Airborne stat, you could make a lot of Air combo decks.

Flying Lava Golems anyone?

That would be a bit of a novelty deck. You would need about twenty pendulums to pay for both lava golems and sky blitzes.

But I suppose it would be rather amusing when it works
