The upgraded version of this card offers a full health boost. I don't think for the current cost that the lowered cost should max out your HP. However I do think that it steps on

If we use the current version, the upped one is OP. It should have the same effect as unupped, as it costs 2  less.

My suggestion would be that it heals for upto 100 HP (which means it acts like 5 Heals cast at once). But the cost should increased to 7 unupped and 5 upped.

Just so you know, Shard of Sacrifice does not remove your MAX HP.

Say 97 is you max HP since SoV removed 3. They have you to 86 (random, but your health is 86/97 - 97 is your max HP now, and is the highest you can be healed).
