However, both entropy and gravity have this possibility in their arsenal. Moreover, Earth has both pulveriser and heavy armor. I smell nice duos and trios with this card. Don't forget nova/supernova which really opens the perspectives. Alternate reality: Endows any ability of the target permanent. Can endow the ability of any permanent from empathic bond to hourglass. Shield don't work with this. Weapons don't transfer their attack. Their ability can however be endowed. I personnally like cards that need a buff to survive. As for the duo elements, fits.
Question : ability cost is the same as permanent (example : haste costing 1 if from a electrum hourglass?)

The ability will be exactly the same as if it was the original permanent (from a golden hourglass haste would cost but from an electrum hourglass it would cost ).

yes - and that's its main interest IMO. You could even endow the ability of a pillar if you wanted to.

Double post because I received a comment by PM:

Singularity seems to step on Crusader's toes and I have seen cards Like Monkey that do the new job better without stepping on Crusder's toes. I do not think the use of 0hp is justified in this case since  has momentum and  has Chaos Power.

The 0HP was a way to avoid fractal (it costs only I ) without limiting to much its use (as you say both gravity and entropy have HP buffs). Considering the relativity background it has. I though it could fit: giving it order (momentum) or disorder (chaos power) would stabilise such an unexpected being ...

Monkey | Monkey (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,21667.0.html) is a very neat idea. I personally like it a lot because the / duo card ideas are very rare. However, both Crusader and Monkey can only endow actively triggered abilities. Singularity is able to endow also those passively triggered like empathic bonding or flooding. Monkey function with both creatures and permanents, crusader only with weapons but singularity transfers abilities only available on permanent on a creature. You say that singularity steps on crusader toes because it can also endow the ability of the weapons. That is true.  Sadly without this I fear that it would become a bit weak. I was considering to let it endow only the passively triggered abilities (scramble from discord and vampire from stilletto would work but not rewind from eternity). This however, shuts down the possibility of a trio with earth (which also has heavy armor pulveriser and the ability of trident).

Any suggestions?

If it can gain the automatic active abilities (Innate abilities) of permanents, that broadens its range of targets. The lack of +X|+2 would make Crusader king of the weapons and Singularity and Monkey competing with the other abilities. Even there they have distinct niches. (Monkey gets all activated active abilities and Singularity gets all activated and automatic active abilities of permanents)

Avoiding Fractal should be done as a last resort and always with regret. Singularity does not need that measure yet. (simply increase stats and cost until the fractal is balanced too)
