True the average CA of Simulacra is theoretically 3. However the game does not always late that long. Since the game is likely to on average end around Simulacra 3-4 I think that the average excluding 5 and 6 is more accurate for balancing.

So the average of 1-3.5 Simulacra is 9/7 or about CA 1

So you think the price should come down when compared to PU/TU? I mean clearly it needs to come down because right now its at Fractal's cost and it clearly is a worse fractal. I'll lower the cost some but I'm still thinking 4|3 might be too cheap.

Yeah I think 4|3 should be about right that way:
1-1 through 1-3 are UP compared to PU/TU
1-3.5 are balanced with PU/TU
1-4 through 1-6 are OP compared to PU/TU

so short term disadvantage for long term advantage.
