NOTES:
It's something like Soul Catcher, but fits darkness theme for me. So mystical.  :P
It will generate quanta for you when you don't have creatures on your field.
If you have a creature, but have Cloak on your field too (all your creatures being invisible),
and if your creatures are burrowed, or immaterial, then it will generate the quanta. This way your opponent can't target your creature too.

This is also a sweet card in any Immaterial-based deck. Invisible, Immaterial, Burrowed, and just plain Nonexistent creatures now fuel an SL deck.

Pestal deck with an :earth splash and plenty of these ought to work.

I like the idea but  from the text of the card alone is difficult to understand. the notes are nice explaining what it does although.
I would make the unupped cost 1 :darkness and gen  :darkness :darkness and the upped 1 :rainbow and gen  :darkness :darkness :darkness.
but thats just an idea. better wait for more experienced people to comment on this.

yes.  my first though is  'dissable when your opponent seen your creature'   but darkness have a pest.  that why i'm change my mind and make it 'dissable when your opponent can target your creature'  :D

You could also take advantage of it's ability by not playing any creatures while it's on the field.
You would gain a ton of Quanta and then overwhelm your opponent.
