Because it could then theoretically rewind an entire field of creatures, pretty much sealing the game.

Ack. Sorry. it's just a permanent shield. I forgot to remove the spell symbol.

If it went back to the top of a deck, it could really hurt a person's deck because they'd just be continually drawing the same cards, never drawing a new one. Depending on your luck at least. It would be very powerful then and basically replace Reverse Time.

I don't ever check to see if my idea is similar to someone else. Didn't mean to steal your idea there But I think this one is different enough from yours.

steal away. I have no problem with that and just because the ideas are along the same lines is no reason to give up on one.  With this idea and mine it just goes to show that something along these lines could be used in the game.
