Is Pray able to be used every turn? This is very powerful PC protection, maybe lower it to one soul for both and have the upped cost 4

Pray is automatically used whenever your permanent is being destroyed.
The souls will not refill up every turn.

Yes, its like a bonewall. there is no way gain more souls.
