Unless I'm mistaken, it looks to me like Spellbreaker only reduces damage done to itself, not to other cards. But again, I could be mistaken here..

I think it just "diverts" all spells.. e.g. a steal inflicts 3 dmg to spellbreaker instead of normal effect..
