Does this seem balanced to you? Or should I make it 10% instead of 20%?

Are instakill shields allowed?
If they are, this could be a very annoying card.
Also, I don't think you can "destroy a creature", you should probably change it to "Attacking creatures have a 20% chance of getting killed."

I agree with EvaRia, it is too much like Skull Shield, and 20% chance to kill an attacking creature is pretty harsh.

While that is true, it is imperative that you search beyond that. Most of the time, a copyright legal documentation is sort of hidden, be it a short link at the bottom of the page or a small size blurb about it (also at bottom)

Royalty free means you do not have to pay per use. In this case it means you pay once for the right for you and you alone to use it forevermore. This does not meet the forum's requirement. Try "public domain" instead.
