NOTES:
A "stormy" card is one of the following or an upgrade of the following: Thunderstorm, Lightning, Shockwave, Flooding, Rain of Fire, Pandemonium.

Liberate has the effect of returning the target to the hand of the owner, and giving that player quanta equal to the cost of the creature of the type of the creature. Example: Using Liberate on a Archangel would give the owner of the Archangel 6  :light, but returning an Elite Pegasus would only give them 4  :light. And returning your Minor Abomination would only give you 1  :entropy.
SERIES:
One of the things I see with entropy is that it is a strong element, but only via supporting rainbow decks. It needs things on its own that define it as a mono-duo element, and help shape it out other than being "the rainbow element" and "the random effect element" This card gives Entropy a middling attacker, and gives Entropy a card in the middle range that can deal damage, as aside from its dragon there isn't a single card with more than 3 ATK (Unless you count Abomination in unupped play, but this is a beatstick upped as well.) However going with the theme of Entropy cards being versatile and having offhand effects, and in general being different types of spellcasters, this card comes with 'spells' that are interesting and sum up to be incredibly versatile but without being necessarily overpowering. Also, it gives entropy some field of effects that aren't necessarily 'random', but much more akin to controlled chaos.
