So, I was looking at the shards, and I noticed there were randomly only two of them.  So.... here's shards for every element.
:aether Shard of Plagerism: Whenever an enemy creature comes into play, you may use parallel universe on it if you pay quanta equal to it's toughness.
:air Shard of Flight.  Whenever you play a creature, it comes into play with ability dive for 1 air quanta.
:darkness Shard of Thievery:  Whenever you play a creature, your opponent loses a pillar and you gain a dark pillar.
:death Shard of infestation:  Whenever an enemy creature dies, it's opponent becomes poisoned equal to it's toughness
:earth Shard of the Earth: All creatures you control come into play buried.  Their attack power is not halved.
:entropy Shard of Insanity: Whenever you play a creature, a mutant comes into play instead.
:fire Shard of Cremation: Whenever you play a creature, your opponent loses life equal to it's attack power.  You gain fire quanta equal to the amount lost.
:gravity Shard of the White Dwarf: Whenever a creature you control dies, it becomes a white dwarf creature, and it's attack power becomes zero.  It gains gravity pull for 1 quantum.
:life Shard of Gratitude:  At the end of your turn, you gain five life.
:light Shard of Devinity:  You gain 20 life, and your total life maximum increases by 20.
:time Shard of Infinity:  If you have 0 cards in your deck this turn, skip your draw step.
:water Shard of Permanence: Frozen creatures do not unfreeze

I realize a lot of these are way overpowered, but that's half the fun.

Okay, you just assembled the two existing ones in the current elements, and that wasn't meant to be so.

Also, what are the costs of the shards?

Costs?

Hmmm....

Probably like Miracle, they cost 10 quantum of their color and drain your quantum of the color.

And of course I moved the two previously made shards into elements =P

Well, that's bad because that means that they now cost 2 or 3 of their corresponding quanta, and not generic quanta.

Grossly overpowered set. Interesting, but overpowered.

Mhm. And releasing these cards in the game will be fun, too. Creating an Arctic Squid - Shard of Permanence Lockdown Deck will be fun, because it is the best deck in the game - complete creature lockdown. Or is it the Shard of Earth / Shrieker-Basalt dragon deck, which gives you tons of invincible damage? Or maybe the devourer-vampire-Steal-Shard of Thievery deck, which has the potential to steal 18 pillars from the opponent? You don't even have to have pillars in that deck; they give it to you.

If these were implemented in game, they would simply create decks that revolve around them. All other decks would not even stand half a chance. Overpowering may be fun in the development stage, but to be released in the game, they're going to have to be nerfed. Significantly.

Or perhaps, all other cards in the game would have to be made better  ;)

To be honest, the game already has that problem.  If you go into the Pvp, it will be a deck based around FFQs and delays five times out of ten.  Is it a blue deck?  Oh, it's poison based?  Big surprise!  Oh what's that, entropy?  I wonder if the other element is dark!  Oh my bad, it's a mutate deck.  So while we're sitting here fantasizing about cards that probably won't be made, why not have a thread for all those ones that won't get in?

On that note:  They should de-nerf sundials, as that broke half the decks in the game, and instead add kinship (term from magic.  If you draw a card of the same element/have lots of cards of the same element you get a bonus)

"Or perhaps, all other cards in the game would have to be made better"
... Not happening.

"If you go into the Pvp, it will be a deck based around FFQs and delays five times out of ten."
Very doubtful, actually. FFQ decks are good, but they aren't great, and I rarely if ever see them in PvP.

"They should de-nerf sundials, as that broke half the decks in the game..." As I have elucidated many times across this forum, the sundial was INCREDIBLY strong before the nerf. You yourself seem to be listing all kinds of these decks that you think are too strong; the sundial was literally found in half or more of all the decks at the time. It was simply WAY too powerful. It got nerfed to one turn, and many Rainbows got weaker. But it's still an incredibly useful stalling tool. My rainbow deck, without sundials, still nets around a 50 % win rate. The sundial nerf did effect us, but it did not "break" any decks.

I'm... sorry?

I agree, delays are overpowered, but I just think nerfing them meant punishing decks that used them unfairly.  While I hate that card, I would still argue improving mono decks would have been a better solution.  A simple card like "elemental unity", a colorless card which gave you one life for every creature you have that matches your turn, would have evened the tide.

Now I'm sure I do not want to pay 10 :life and have the rest drained just to get one Regeneration.

Look pal, forget this idea and do something else.
