Unbelievably overpowered. Just, seriously overpowered. Right now there are some seriously good combinations that only require 1-2 cards to work, and this means you can get by with playing only one of a key card in your deck. You wouldn't need hourglasses at all, either. There really is no way to kill this card once quinted, either. Tutor effects in MtG were limited to spell-only, so having this effect on a creature in Elements makes it go way over the top.

This is a play mechanic in some CCGs that I sincerely is not picked up in elements.
