I don't see it used at all. SoR was good because it allow nice combo with mitosis for example and have a nice effect with time creature.

I thought about this. I wanted to see what everyone else thought before I added more to the card's ability.

EDIT: What if any card were to use their ability twice when this card is used. It could open up some strong new combos.
