At the first glimpse, this shard looks underpower. But after a second thought, this shard is horribly overpower

horrendously overpowered. One unupped nova=instant dragon. A supernova equals a huge burst of 24 quanta of whatever element you have. Even worse, it lasts for more than 1 turn!
