ART: DeathPanda1, my first self created art and i actually like it IDEA: DeathPanda1 NOTES: The chance to miss i thought of having it at about 60%(unupped) and 70%(upped) i think that might be OP not sure. Yes cululative so you can use it multiple times on one creature. Eg. I have two shadows on the my side of the field, i use both abilities on a dragon and it has a 60% chance to miss for two turns and i can continue to build that on later turns.
