Well, since it seems to be accepted that it needs a nerf, how's this sound?Vitrify / Vitrify5 / 5 Spell / SpellTarget quanta pool is frozen for 1 turn. / Target quanta pool is frozen for 1 turn. 50% chance to be frozen for 2 turns.
