Is that "3 random creatures / 2 random creatures and opponent"? Bunching in player with creatures is strange a bit...

"Can only be used after 3turns" means that it basically has a 3 turn summoning sickness, right?

Actually, no.
It has the chance of doing 3 damage to 3 creatures, 3 damage 3 times to opponent, or 1 creature 2 opponent/visaversa

Once it is activated it cannot be used again for another 3 turns.

"Deal 3 damage to 3 enemy targets" is clear wording but not quite what you wanted.

"Deal 3 damage to an enemy, repeat twice more" is what you want but cloud be shortened.

"Three times, deal 3 damage to an enemy" is the best wording I can think of. However others should double check it for clarity vs option 2.

I think " :fire :fire deal 3 damage to 3 random targets, excluding owner." is what you are after for the wording.
If this creature cannot damage itself either, you could use:
" :fire :fire deal 3 damage to 3 random targets, excluding self and owner."

The mechanic is interesting. The randomness gives it a significant double edge quality.
I think that having itself and its owner excluded from the target list would be a very unique mechanic idea. Basically it would favor having this be the only creature you own...
This could also be interesting if it auto activated whenever a creature was played. That would fit well with a theme of a trigger happy robot. \

What do you think of this: " :fire :fire : Deal 3 damage to 3 random targets, excluding self and owner. Auto trigger for free when a creature is played." ?
