Could you be more specific when it uses the triggered ability? Is it supposed to trigger the turn before it unfreezes or the same turn it unfreezes? Either way, you should change the text of the second sentence to read, "deals 2 damage to all creatures you control. Damaged creatures might freeze." This way it will deal the damage to your opponent's creatures and not to yours, because when it says "your opponent" after you give this to your opponent, that means you.

I'm a little confused by this card. When you use the ability winter wind freezes itself, the creature then moves to the opponents board and after 2 turns it deals 2 damage either to each of the opponents creatures and has a 50% chance to freeze each creature. Do I have that right?

If I do does winter wind stay on the opponents field after it does the damage?

I also think you need to up the cost of the ability and card 2 damage and a chance to freeze every opponent creature is a very powerful ability, Arctic squid costs 3 to summon and 3 to freeze one creature.

Agreed. I do like the concept of a card passing from one side of the field to another. I remember making a "Snowball" a while back:

Snowball / Elite Snowball
1 :water / 1 quanta
1/1 / 1/1
1 :water / 1 quanta : Freeze target creature. Snowball moves to your opponent's side of the field.

Winter Wind is similar to this card, but considerably more complex.

Then it would be a useless card. Rain of fire deals 3 damage to everything isntantly for the cost of 7 fire quanta. This card takes the drawing turn and the 2 turns for the damage.

The damage is done while it still is frozen. I'm making the proper modifications, inclusing the destruction of the card after the damage.

Now that you've edited it, you can make it even simpler by making it simply not going to the opponent's side of the field. It's going to die anyway; just make it use its ability against the opponent without having to move.

So now, it's:

"Freeze itself. After 2 turns, kills itself and deals 2 damage for all the opponent's creatures with chance of freezing."
