No.  The decision to not add vanilla ideas to the polls was decided by Kuroaitou during his term as Curator.

As of late, more and more 'vanilla' cards have been popping up in the CIA board; while this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's important to note that the board is to inspire ideas, specifically new or refined ones so that they help improve the entire game as a whole. Creating creatures (especially ones with no ability whatsoever and generic stats that could be conjured by a random number generator) of pure aesthetic or simplistic value is somewhat detrimental to this process.

The Curators have decided that vanilla creatures will be removed from the polls. Deepest apologies, but if you wish to submit this card with an actual mechanic (and not the equivalent of an Ash Eater with changed stats and art), the Curators will review it then.

I support the absence of vanilla creatures in the polls for more or less the same reason.

Maybe add a passive ability so it could still be affected by Luciferin.

Not quite. I just felt that there is a huge gap in the attack powers of the unupgraded creatures.
Photon: 1|1, weak.
Crusader: 2|4, weak and can't be stronger in a mono (unless you have a longsword, but that's meh).
Guardian Angel: 1|6, weak.
Pegasus: 3|2, extremely underpowered, needs a duo to be useful, weak.
Golden Dragon: 10|10, hell strong, but hell expensive.

But where are the attackers between 3 and 10?

Upgraded Archangel is good, but in an unupgraded meta, that is banned.

Not all elements can creature mono. Crusader and Pegasi can be mid hitters with splash. If you want to mono Light, stall
Is that good design? No comment. But I don't think zanz doesn't realize Light lacks an unupped mid hitter
Remember that monos get excessive quanta. A good Light creature rush would too easily be able to chain Miracle. Comparable to Aether's dim shields? Maybe

On a personal side note: I realize you're in Team right now in War. I'm sure a lack of in element mid hitter is something you're yearning for. I assure you, we're all yearning for something. Otherwise War would be all monos, or potentially every viable deck. It is good design for every element to be (somewhat) lacking alone. (begin tangent) Does that imply rainbows would then be OP? Maybe, if each element has something OP in it. But if each lacks only a bit of something, then duos should be sufficient assuming the two elements have what the other lacks. Even if each element has something OP in it, card space makes it that you can have more of what is specifically OP in one element compared to lots of splashing in a rainbow

Pegasus isn't UP, much less extremely UP. 6 damage for 4 cost and 1 upkeep isn't bad. Technically you can remain completely mono with just an Air mark. If you want UP, look at Wyrm. Pegasus COULD use -1 cost though, just as Wyrm could use -1 cost for the upkeep. That would help Light's Grabbow a TON with doing damage even if it doesn't draw Blessing. For that is where the disadvantage lies: to do comparable damage to another Element's mid-range attacker, it takes another turn or two because other Elements do more damage on the turn that the creature is played.

Furthermore, an Element that has both Luci and Hope should probably not have 3 vanilla creatures, or 2 cheap vanilla creatures. If you wanted to give Light a vanilla creature that costed, say, 9, that'd probably be okay. zanz clearly designed things as they are for a reason. Hope -is- very strong.

What about something like:
"Faith: Gains +1|+1 for each light producing creature in its field row when it is cast."

... You would probably need to drop its starting stats slightly to compensate of course.

This allows it to get a maximum of +6|+6 if cast into the center row or +7|+7 if cast into one of the other rows.
... Of course achieving that would take a fair amount of work.

Oh, actually Starlit Wyrm.  Different from what you stated, now that I look at it, but still somewhat similar.
