I think that this idea does not have a sufficient reason to coexist with the Cat.
  does need more outlets true but between Dive, Blitz, Mitosis and Snipe it has a good set and thus there is not reason to rush an idea in. Spend more time thinking about the other merits of an idea to see if it would be sufficiently valuable to add to the game.
