ART: IDEA: eljoemo NOTES: This idea is inspired by true events that happened around 30 mins ago whilst I was walking my dog. Kinda like an inverted cloak. This card means your opponent cannot target their own creatures or use creature abilities. It requires because its more realistic and makes this card less powerful. Points for discussion: - Should this be a water card with an air cost draining (I don't think so) - Should this be a water-air hybrid card (I usually don't like these ideas) - Should this have a timer like cloak - Should this be immune to protection via Protect Artifact - Should this make both players unable to see the opponent's field All questions and constructive criticism welcome SERIES:

Worse than cloak in every aspect

This isn't supposed to be an air version of cloak. It does the mirror opposite, stops your opponent from seeing their half of the field. You wouldn't swap out cloaks for this because they do the exact opposite of one another. I only compared this to cloak because of the effect of blocking visibility to part of the field.

Would they literally be unable to see it or just unable to target it? Then I would hate to have this played against me, because I would completely forget everything I had in play.

I was planning on having total blocking like cloak does but I suppose there may be a way to still show which creatures are on the field

If it's supposed to absorb a certain quanta,  I don't think it should absorb quanta of another element. I guess you could make it absorb  (if that makes sense at all) or have it last a certain amount of turns, like Cloak does.
