ART: IDEA: Drake_XIV NOTES: Today, everything just seems to fall apart. Just pick up the pieces and start over. Redraw allows you to target which player Stopped by Sanctuary Cannot be Reflected Is discarded when used Does not activate if part of the starting hand.  Can still be used properly if so. SERIES:

Why this card is needed?

Allows you to disrupt the flow of a game.  Your opponent was waiting for the quanta to play a card?  Shuffle it.  You see your opponent has PC to break the shield you're going to play?  Shuffle it.  Bad start and mulligan was still horrible?  Shuffle it.

However, all decks are prone to really bad hands, so this was made to be used in any deck if needed.

How about it reshuffles when you cast it? (Or is this already submitted?)
In current form, you cannot decide when to reshuffle.
