Table is filled out incorrectly

I don't think Dictator is the word you are looking for, considering its connotation.  Try Alpha Wolf for both the unupgraded and upgraded.

Interesting form of light CC, although it is limited to quanta generation and poison.  But why :time?

This is anti-CC(against lobo) and gives some combo (like overdriving vampire something like that)
I just did (kinda) random stuff because didn't find a proper type/name/element. :(
I don't think current form is good. Life does not need another soft creature anyway. Needs suggestion

1. If bioluminescence is instincted, It should retain defence.
2. If bioluminescence is instincted and gets one more bioluminescence, it should count only once for the defence. Besides, it still generates :light :light.
