the effect mean any creature that come before the come of the Hell/Bazuul Gate gain -1/-1...

Element:
Name: Flood
Type: Spell
Cost: 7
Effect: All non-water creature dealt -2/-2 and skill are removed

Element:
Name: Vaksin
Type: Spell
Cost: 5
Effect: Remove poison status from all your creature and gain maximum +1/+1

Also it seems to stack the deck for non creature decks is that right?

for me the  water spell is OP ...remove all skill is too much versus not-immortal decks..

Indeed. Heck, it's better than a Firerain, this Flood.

I can't quite understand the mechanics of the Hellgate, but it seems to be the opposing thing - weak. And it could be even better as a spell.

Vaccine (no, being Malaysian DOES NOT make you legible for such atrocious) is also a bit strong. Mass Blessing for +1/+1 is good enough for 5, wrecking Plagues is offscaling.
