Idea's simple: shuffle after you Rewind something, after you check something out with Mindgate, and... I know I'm forgetting some other use other than shuffling for the hell of it :)

A shuffle is too weak of an effect to be a one time spell. Make it an Entropy Permanent please that has an activated ability to shuffle(disorder) the deck.

Well, come to think of it, I don't recall why I though it was so OP? I like this permanent idea much more hahaha ;D

Why?
If it were a one time spell I probably would not want to pay any quanta (or maybe even not pay any draws) for the effect.

The way I see it, the one time spell is just as useful as the permanent when dealing with shuffling away a rewound character. However, alongside a couple of mindgates, a permanent would keep your hand empty to draw multiple cards that you'd like. Seeing that this card already is somewhat situational, i think the boost of it being a permanent is all right?

Trials Phase 1 Card Idea Analysis:
Good to see a new name on the map, hope to get to know you better funerallaughter.

On a more serious note, I'm intrigued by this card!! At first this card seemed a little senseless in a CCG where decks and luck are involved. Upon remembering cards such as Eternity, Rewind, Mindgate, ideas certainly sparked. What better than Air to whip up a deck that has settled, to change the fate of the shuffle?

However, while this card combines nicely with cards that can "see" the deck, the effect doesn't quite warrant the cost it currently has. It seems a little expensive for what it does, not to mention it doesn't do something -that- game-breaking.

I can see 2 paths being taken. You could either give it a type of bonus such as making it have the possibility of integrating some sort of Permanent scattering along with what it already does. Through this scattering a fixed maximum of permanents have a chance of moving to the other side of the field, to its enemy. You could also just opt to decrease the cost of playing it to something like 3 :air | 2 :air and leave the abilities as such. As a minor detail I would assume the skill is called Scatter | Squander (possibly?), correct?

All in all I'm excited to see new work from new names and you my friend show promise thus far. Letting Air mix things up from time to time is exactly what one can expect from Air, the unexpected.
