Quote from: Tiko
Yet, Yuki-onna triggers her passive skill this way, but I don't really know how powerful the ability is - besides this, the opponent isn't really forced to actually target the creature, because by herself she is not much of a threat. Maybe if she had her stats raised (especially more ATK), or maybe giving her an active ability too would help with it (They were known for being really 'murderous' and aggressive spirits with mortals anyway).
You missed that it sinergy with :gravity not only for catapult, you can use gravity pull on it and force creature to attack her and be frozen. That's why I chose an high HP.

I agree with Tiko on raising the attack - generally when you give a creature built-in protection, you want to make the opponent actually consider whether to mess with it or not. Going for higher attack would force people to think about CC (I'd recommend not worrying too much about the HP since the Freeze Shield is more important than Catapult damage.)

Just checking - did the artist give you permission to use that art?
That Art is in creative common license.

This card synergize with :gravity in 3 way:
1. Can be catapulted to freeze shield. With her defence deal some damage.
2. Can use Gravity pull on her to force  creature to attack her. Short CC but you don't take damage like with ice shield. Moreover ice shield/permafrost shield don't affect small creature 1/2 atk, but her yes. Need defence to block at least several low atk creatures.
3. With an high defence, you can play acceleration on her. If your opponent want to stop her has to "pay".

I tried to do 2 version, unupped for something of aggressive, and upped with higher defence  if you want to use better combo with :gravity.
As both said, maybe unupped card should be have an higher atk, but it means an higher cost too, because a 5/6 cost 5 should be same of toadfish.

If I would increase cost to 6 :water, which kind of stats could she have?

False.
Creatures attacking a gravity pulled creature are not targeting the gravity pulled creature. They will not be frozen.

1) Steam Engine gets 6|15 hp for 4 :water|5 :water + 1 card. Yuki-Onna will not be able to compete on damage and still make optimal use of the anti-CC ability. Focus on the shield freezing aspect.
2) False. Creatures need to target her to trigger the freezing ability. Gravity pulled creatures do not target. To cause the enemy to target her with CC she needs to be an inviting target. Moderate attack with acceptable cost/attack ratio would provide optimal provocation.
3) The alternative to the moderate attack is a forced synergy with Acceleration and high hp. I personally do not like forced synergy. A moderate hp and moderate attack would enable without requiring Acceleration.

4|6 -> 5|8 +1 cost

2) My concept of this card was "every thing touch it is frozen", so with attacking too. Need a reword indeed.
3) If you think it with a GP version is not a forcedy sinergy.

3) If you think it with a GP version is not a forcedy sinergy.
If you change it to include attacks then the cost would need to increase dramatically (Super Permafrost) and would be a forced synergy with Gravity Pull and probably Basilisk Blood as well.
