CC on a stick? Yes plz... but the threat level of the ability was a bit underestimated. This could potentially cause a lockdown with a little help from Fractal.  Increase the cost by 1  :time or 2  :time .

Delay of 2 turns is worth 2 just as Freeze is worth 3 and Congeal is worth 4.
