2) Can it destroy an empty quanta pool?

1) Passive
2) No. If all quanta pools are empty, the ability doesn't happen at all.

I changed the stats. Would this be much better than Sakura was in its previous version?
Sakura deals more damage and is now more pestering to the opponent. In quantity, the opponent is forced to remove Sakura or being subject to greater amounts of damage.

Yes it is much better. Now that it is stronger, it should have a higher cost. (around 4 |3 ) Since it is a nice beater the opponent will want to remove it. When/if they do then they take a hit to their quanta.

Very interesting and pestering creature, might want to raise the cost again however.
