This essentially lets you trade for hp with a 1:1 ratio. Not sure on the balance.

the unupped is actually more powerful than the upped, though i would probably run them both in the same deck. think about it, if you draw it first turn you can just play out your whole hand. you might lose hp, but its 2 dark for a 2/2 minor vamp, so use this twice, and play the vampire, nothing lost. im not saying the idea is bad, im just saying with the vampire synergy it might be OP in dark.

Essentially an eternal spell... May be easier just to stick with:
"Eternal-Retained when played" in the first line..

For the discard effect you could have something like: "Drains all quanta on discard"
It all fits pretty easily.
