Sounds alright. I kinda miss CC that deals 4 damage, but this is really a good one.

snowballs are for fun, ice balls are for killing. so for the best he should call it "Iceball with a snowball core" does that make you happy

Frost to me seems a bit "lighter" than ice if you know what I mean. Also, you might want to state the chances of freezing the creatures.

you dont ever EVER see any of the chances of freezing creatures in any of the cards in the game. Ice Shield/bolt both have chances of freezing but the NEVER say that it has 25% it just says "might freeze"
