IDEA: Dramore
NOTES: This is a new mechanic.

This stacks like poison but unlike poison it in and of it's self does not do damage.

For each "Open Wound" counter a player aquires incoming creature damage is increased by one.

This means that if you have 2 open wound counters and a Ray of Light hit's you. Then you take 3

damage for that hit. If the opposing player has 5 Ray of Lights that would be 15 damage you could recieve.

However if you have a shield that can block some creatures from hitting you when you have Wound counters

 then no damage will be taken.

With this effect it is both weaker and more powerful than poison.

Weaker because it does not do damage on it's own like poison.

Stronger becasue all incoming creature damage will hit harder.

Purify and purity counter will also counter this effect as will any healing spell.

(This is like if a wound was healed by magic so that no wound was there.)

Spells that will remove "Open Wound" counters are.  Purify,Purify(uped) ,

Heal,Improved Heal ,Holy Light,Holy Flash ,Luciferin,Luciferase ,Miracle,Improved Miracle

Healing from permanents will not remove these counters.
