The question of cost depends on the following: Do entangled permanents entangle more permanents? A permanent can be entangled more than once?

Yggdrasil does not makes a permanent immaterial, Yggdrasil keeps entangling all your other permanents,
for example if you have 10 pillars, after being entangled, you have 10 HP heal per turn.

So in the end this will work more or less like an empathic bond for permanents, but with a delay until it gets to its full potential, with no stacking and immaterial from a practical point of view (destroying Yggdrasil after a while becomes useless).

We also need to weight in that because of quanta generators, you'll tipically have more perms than creatures.

I'd say that the disadvantage of having a max of 1hp/perm and the fact that there is no current way of spamming permanents make up for the advantages, so this should cost the same as empathic bond: 5|4

Does  need yet another card that heals?

1) overpriced: by turn 5 u get +16 provided u have enough permanents, which is what 4 sanctuaries do.
2 unnecessary: has bonds and shards already... how Boring would a deck with shards and bonds and yggdrasil be?
