New card- Scales of Iustitia

Light Card:  spell, 4 light.

Effect: The life stats of all creatures. are made even.
That means 1/1 creature-> 1/2 not 1/0.
1/25 -> 1/24 or 1/26
more important and the reason for the idea
1/3->1/2,1/4
1/5->1/4,1/6
It could be random, if life stats are rounded up, or down.

Could be nice in combination with damage spells ,Maxwells Demon or Otys.
Or the Gravity Shield.

Edit: I´ve seen, that Libra is Gravity.
Perhaps we could change the name.

The idea could have been useful in the past, but I think it isn´t interesting anymore.

I like the idea but for it to be effective with Gravity SHield and Maxwells you would want it rounding up and for the Otyugh rounding down so I am unsure as to how much use it would be as a card to rely on.

One idea would be to have the normal card round up and the upgrade round down (which ever) this way people can choose which way to go with the card and upgrade accordingly.

Just an idea but good work and I lok forward to seeing the  card image soon.
