Depends on the situation, but generally: several random targets for 1x damage > single chosen target for double damage.

Lol... Thats a skyironsword-ism ... it means that the card does different things when upgraded vs unupgraded.

New version is up.

Unupgraded version hits 3 creatures at random. Upgraded version deals 2x damage to a single target.
