shouldn't the Title be "Switch-a-roo | Switch-a-roo"?
I don't think it much matters but, ok, I will change it.

this + nightmare and GotP (ghost of the past) deck with aether mark.

use it when you only have this card in your hand (playing GotPs and stuff).
swap hand with opponent, get a nightmare, nightmare with GotP.

Im not sure how different this is to steal.
steal steals from the field, this could just be stealing from hands in the manner of swapping with no card in your hand.
I see this more useful with rainbow decks aswell.
or with a deck that has supernovas in it.

You
Cards lost: 3-7
Cards Gained: 3-7

Opponent
Cards lost: 3-7
Cards Gained: 3-7

You: Rainbow vs Opponent: undefined Duo
Switch-a-roo would be played at 3-4 cards vs 6-7 cards

You
Cards lost: 3-4
Cards gained: 6-7 (a rainbow can use any card)
Net gain: 2-4

Opponent
Cards lost: 6-7
Cards gained: .5-.67 (a duo can only use 1/6 of cards)
Net loss: 5-7

Net estimated card advantage: 7-11
Would this be positive or to show that the card would not work?
This is an estimate of the strength of the card.

To continue:
Currently it seems to cause a card advantage of 7-11. If we assume that card disadvantage for your opponent is not quite (say half) as valuable as card advantage for you then this drops to 4.5-7.5.
An advantage of 4.5 cards for 1 card and X :aether. X should be 3.5-7? Since I took the low estimate earlier the high estimate is more likely here.
A cost of 7 :aether +1card is advised.

Well, we'll just see how far the card goes in the crucible..

It first has to get accepted. ;) Plus, OldTrees formulae(all of tham, so the e on the end. :P) work nicely. maybe take away the +1 card if you don't want to, but increasing the cost, maybe the upped gains +1 in cost and you draw a card? dunno. at least the unepped has to cost 7 :aether, 6 minimum.

Almost completely unrelated phrases FTW.

Ok, I will work on it tomorrow...

Question: When do new cards get picked and put in the poll? Like once a month? Twice a month?

New cards are submitted through the Link Crucible Candidates Here thread where the first 2 ideas per author are submitted every Tuesday. IIRC.

No it was the full name of the thread.
