Reduce the cost. To 1 . Or even just outright free.

Note that passives are much weaker than actives. Thus, a card that removes passives should cost less than lobo or mind flayer.

And even then, lightning kills over 50% of the creatures in the game.

An element change could be considered - after all, the singularity interaction is hilarious. Make might TIP potent.

Highly overprized. Actually, the effect itself is so weak, that this card could be free and still wouldn't see much use.

Just consider what cards are affected by this. Mummy/Undead are never-used, mutant doesn't do anything really. Voodoo is actually the only worthful target. To remove the ability of only one Devourer/Airborne is also not that useful. In most cases, a Lightning is just better, and not so situational.

In order to make this better, you should strengthen the effect, let it gain quanta as well or anything more original.

I wouldn't use this. The effect simply isn't worth it.

Maybe "Target creature gains -1|-1 and loses all passive abilities" would be worth it. -2|-2 for the upped.

I don't see why not. Cast it on a enemy Warden and you will have him heal the creature he locks. The upped version might turn a Salvager into a -1|4 creature or a Pesto into a -2|2 without it's annoying passive skill. It wouldn't be too powerful after all and fun to use. I like the concept of this card.

I think this card is especially conceived to remove the Psion spell damage. I wonder if it can target immaterial creatures.

It is? I thought that any ability that didn't require any activation by the player was to be considered as "passive".

P.S.: I checked in-game and, indeed, under the passive abilities of the Psion only "Airborne" is listed as passive. My mistake.

Simplest check: can you Lobotomize it? If yes, it's active, if no, passive
