This card is most like Phase Shield in that it lasts for a few turns and at the end of those turns, you should have the same amount of health as in the beginning. While this card avoids Spells, Momentum, Poison, and Void, it still has its own problem.
You could simply be dead by the time 2 turns are up. Also, it can not be chained. Because the card expires at the end of your turn, that's when you recover. If you tried to play a Relive/Recollection during your 2nd turn, before the previous one expires and recovers your health, the 2nd Relive/Recollection will record a lower amount of health and set you to that when it expires.
Steal will cause the current owner to have their HP set to the HP of the card's original owner when Recollection was played. Recollection must expire by itself. If destroyed, it has no effect.
Had another idea like this one, put it was over a year ago, I thought I'll just make a new topic. I plan to seriously work on the idea this time.
