i dun have any shards, but im guessing shard of freedom can be destroyed with spells?

It doesn't have the shield bypass of shard of freedom, but with that high of an evasion chance, as well as 12hp, it might as well be a phase dragon in the air element.  I think I could support this card a lot more if the evade chance weren't so high, or else the hp were a lot lower.  (like really low, like ruby/crimson dragon low)

Atlantis Dragon would lose hp or get poisoned by Fire Shield or Carapace.

Atlantis Dragon summons Ice Storm to cloud the battlefield
and lunge upon unwitting visitors to his Atlantis Island.

Atlantis Dragon evades from incoming attacks with the help of his Ice Storm,
but if it rashly attacks the opponent, it won't be able to avoid instant counter attack.

reduced evasion rate to 50% to stop overlapping idea of phase dragon.
Unlike phase dragon, Atlantis Dragon is a touchable creature,
but you will probably need to use more spammable skills to remove it from the battlefield
for example, eternity, owl's eye, mind flyer, artic squid.

Yes, with Deflags and other PC

The mets isn't too oriented to CC to make a card like this worth its cost.
In OETG we have Fungus (from the Armory), an anti CC creature. It's used only because of its effect when dying, not to resist CC in normal games.
Creatures that just avoid being targeted are just like Immortal/Phase Dragon.

This is pretty much Phase Dragon in Air, as previously stated. Not a big fan of the card.
