Yes this game needs cards like this, however, make sure that you do not get to "see" the cards you choose to destroy since this would be overpowered. You would have to pick at random.

Furthermore, Elements cards should not have humans in them, so I suggest finding a new picture in order for this to make it to the crucible.

like the name the upped and the ability+people seem to care less and less about that(humans in elements) though you should still change the image-no offence but its not that good. Its the most balanced card i seen and all day. and i spent all day reading the card ideas section. :D

The guillotine does not necessarily mean humans.  You could be decapitating an Emerald dragon for  eating rice cakes between 9:00 and 12:00.

I would suggest decreasing the cost to say, 9.  The effect is not as powerful because you do not get to choose the cards.  However, you shouldn't be able to chain this.  You could make it so it consumes all death quanta left, like fractal does.

Even if I kept the cost and you could choose the cards, it would be way OP.

I didn't say you should be able to choose the cards - you shouldn't.

But I would definitely not pay 15 quanta to get rid of two random cards.
