Maybe rather than the skill dive, change it to "lash" cost. That way it doesn't need to fly for more damage. Also dive is usually associated with air creatures.
there is one air creature with dive and one light creature with dive. I don't see the association between dive and Air.
Also, a creature does not need to fly in order to use dive, you can see that if you web a creature with dive, and on mutants with dive but no airborne.
Fair enough, but even changing the cost type of dive seems a little strange. No creature has a skill dive that cost isn't associated with .
well yeah but there are only two examples.. there are different costs for growth so we know its possible to have the same skill with different costs, and the flavor of it being gravity instead of air is explained by it not actually using flight and instead using magic.
This would make more sense if the cat didn't float. Dealing more damage out of anger seems more fitting then a floating cat.
That being said I enjoy the idea of this card.
I agree with hazardus on that one...
is a rather odd element for dive, at least given you are making a connection to the
ability.
Although it does make a little sense that the creature is "diving" into the water... but that wouldn't give it the build up of speed like it does a creature diving through the air.
