The problem here is it's a negative effect, especially upgraded, because, well, SoBra costs less. Even if you're only getting 2 cards, not 3, that's still an extra 3... for a drawback. This is definitely something you'd use on your opponent, not yourself.

The upped even has precog to contend with, too.

This card was meant to be used on the opponent. But I made it target player so you could target yourself for utility. The main use I saw this with was with Silence to ensure the draw return and a high cost for the unupgraded to make it match the current flow I feel with unupgraded Time decks.

Of course, this is walled by Sanctuary.
