ART: None IDEA: iDaire Corporations NOTES: Quantum Hindrance / Quantum Abeyance Explanation: When your opponent spends any quanta, they can't use any of their creature's skills or play any cards until the start of their next turn, meaning if they use a creature skill that requires quanta, play a card that requires quanta, they are locked down for their next turn. This lasts two turns or until use, meaning when you play this spell, it will stay on the field for two turns until it expires (no one spends any quanta) or until it activates (someone spends quanta). This doesn't trigger when the quanta is forcibly sapped from the pool, such as in the case of Black Hole Usage: Great card for quanta denial. When you use this card, it forces your opponent to think twice about spending quanta. Also a great tool just to slow the opponent down. This would be more effective than Silence unless the opponent thought about it since it might trick them into a voluntary 2|3 turns of silence. However we should balance against the thoughtful opponent.

Options when faced with Quantum Hindrance
I can play this turn, be silenced on turn 2, and play on turn 3.
I can be silent this turn, play on turn 2, and be silenced on turn 3.
I can be silent this turn, silent on turn 2, and play on turn 3

Aka 101, 010, or 001
vs Quantum Abeyance it is 1011, 0101, 0010, or 0001

So it might occasionally get 2 turns of silence if the opponent wants to cast on the 2nd turn after Quantum Hindrance|Quantum Abeyance but otherwise it is a Silence with a 1 turn delay.

I don't get the point of having it expire. Longer duration is bad for the caster, as the opponent will only not proc if they want to pass the effect back to the caster
