There is an evil, evil thing you can do with this card.
It's really, really evil.

Basically:
Target a creature. That creature gets +3 ATK and ignores shield effects.
When it finishes all its attacks, it is shuffled into your deck.
Razor boomerang then comes into your hand.

Adrenaline shuffles multiple copies of a card into your deck and gives you multiple razor boomerangs.

The effect should read "at the end of turn" instead of "when it attacks"... space is an issue, but the wording is misleading otherwise, given your intended combo with adrenaline.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

Yes.
And, whilst I was... Kinda intending for it to only target yours, I got space limitations... And then I noticed it, and I kept it in for lols.
If you target enemy creatures, it goes into your deck. As in, the user of razor boomerang, not the owner of the creature. So it's risky creature theft.

This is also why I use "When it attacks", not "End of turn."

And I'll fix that, Kirby... Thank you.

No, it's just an insta-kill. Comparable to putting 99 poison counters on the creature and then adding a Relic to your deck. And that's assuming you don't have the quanta to play the creature.

An instakill where you take at least 3, well over 10 if you're doing something weird, in an element where life gain is non-existant, and get your deck clogged with useless cards after a while is not all that powerful, considering...

Considering that lightning is basically an instakill to half of all the creatures in the game, I've never really understood the problem with "instant kill." Well, I guess lightning is conditional, whilst this is "You're screwed." Which, sure... If I cared about killing the creature, I would still use lightning or even shockwave.

The more you'd want to kill something, the more damage you would take and the worse your draws will get if you abuse it.
Sure, in that respect, the card could do with some real balancing fixes, but the core stands.

And I'll probably never understand the problem with making it return to "the" deck rather than "your" deck, like Reverse Time.

The problem with insta-kills is that when you're balancing one effect against both a 1|1 Photon and a 7|50 Titan, you can only make it generally UP or generally OP. deathreign's card passes the bare minimum "is HP taken into account?" test, while this card does not. While it may pass the "it's usually less useful than Lightning or Reverse Time" test, that's far from claiming it's balance-able. Finally, by not even adding it back to the opponent's deck/hand, this card becomes not just an insta-kill, but an insta-exile.

Again, I haven't even gone into the situations where its effect can be read as "take control of target creature", or that this effect is consistently repeatable despite what you might say about it reducing overall deck consistency.

you can actually use the creatures,
while having repeatable cc.

Because making it return to your deck removes... Quite a few things this card could do.
Would you use a +3 air and momentum, when you have to continually cast the card?
Pretty sure you'd just use blessing in that issue.
Note that air already has SouFflé and Dive and Sky Blitz.

If the problem with instant kills are that the card is generally OP or UP, not balanced, then that's a problem of the design and not a problem of an instant kill itself.

HP is the least important stat on a creature. ATK is more important in nearly every situation.
Making something buff the ATK of a creature

Instant exile would probably be better than Instant kill because of the death element, and how unlikely the enemy would benefit from instant kill in opposition to you benefiting from it.

If there were more enter play effects, this card could consider dropping the double-sided targeting.
But then you're left with a card I'd just use blessing over, and I hate blessing.
And if you buff the card, you have to raise the price by a bit, but if you do that, you can't constantly spam it every turn.
