Artwork issues have been worked out.  I have a new, fully legal image.  Yay! This card does NOT affect the cost of creature's skills.  At all.

Won't be that bad.
2 novas + unupped = 17 quanta for 3 turns.
1 immophoton + unupped = 11 quanta for 3 turns.

2 snovas + unupped = 37 quanta for 3 turns.
1 cremaphoton + unupped = 13 quanta for 3 turns.

this name is going to give a lot of confusing, you have a FG called rainbow, a deck-type called Rainbow and now a card called rainbow. Rainbow uses a rainbow deck which is based around rainbow.  ???

Really like the card though, I want to see more 'other' cards in the game.

This might have issues with quanta-draining cards though (Fractal, Sky Blitz, Miracle, probably some more). Don't know how you're gonna work around those.

I would think that this would actually make more sense as a Light card.  After all, what is a Rainbow but light refracted?

I think that it would be best as a neutral card, so all elements can play it.  That was kind of my reasoning in making it neutral, just like the ability of the card itself.

This would be, I think, way too deadly. Imagine six of this card, a good bunch of Quantum pillars, some Ruby Dragons and Arctic Dragons...
I think it's overpowered. I would limit it to 'next card'.
