I'm kind of disturbed that the wolf doesn't have 2-3 paws. Other than that interesting concept.

I still hope Thunderstorm as a card gets buffed though...

I have been summoned.

Nice balanced card that has a good thematic link.

Balance:
HP increases thus an upgrade of 1quanta is appropriate.

Cost=Attack+HP Value-Elemental Bonus-Activation Cost Modifier+Skill Value-Upgrade Bonus
Unupped
5=3+0-1-2+5
Upgraded
4=3+0-1-2+5-1

The skill value was a guess that I have +/-2 :aether confidence on.

Theme:
Electricity and Storms have precedents in Aether and Air.

I have to find something to criticize so it can improve. Let me think...

Metagame:
Why would an AoE at will be an improvement for the game?

Single-target high damage reusable skill is devastating, even more so than a weak reusable AoE skill
this will nerf :fire to an extinct (apparently, some people find it OP, and want to nerf a lot of its wonderful cards, which I would hate to see happen, especially not to Phoenix), and thus, when ET brought up the pre-smithy idea, Raiju was born.
