Well, doesn't that make it copyrighted art since its taken from the game, which is where the wiki took it from?  Well, it is a placeholder for now then...

What do you mean Steal?  Heal the target and take damage equal to that?  It doesn't really seem :death in that regard then...

That doesn't really feel :darkness either...  Or fit with the name...

As for refining the effect, it would heal the target creature, correct?

It is, but you still haven't defined what stealing health is here.  Unless you drop the word "damage," it'd make a lot more sense of simply damaging the target and healing yourself.  Basically a targeting Vampire.
