im using the wiki,
im looking for stuff that would replace 'Acquire', and things that wouldnt.
unupped is a 'ggod card' that lets you get maybe an ability in a deck that couldnt have it
upgraded should be lots of +1/+1 for the marauder without replacing acquire, i know this limits it a bit, maybe that is too strict of a design guide im imposing....

I got lost in this post.

What is 'Acquire'? Did you mean Active ability?
Why are you looking through past abilities when you could just make a new one?

these should pretty much use existing abilities. The Quicksilver Golem/Marauder has the Acquire Skill, it copies passive abilities and/or statuses to the golem and gives it +1/+1 for each. if the target has an Activated Ability, it replaces Acquire and the golem has that instead. So for terms of building up the golem, lots, or at least some passive abilities/statuses are good, but the active abilities that replace Acquire, are not as good for it in terms of growth, either that or they should be selected carefully almost like 'modes' for the golem. So im staying with that theme. That help?

That helps with one problem.
Why should these use existing abilities? Typically reusing existing abilities is frowned on.

ok, ease of implementation for one, and two, to allow new strategies. These cards are other and therefore playable in any deck.
So, you can have a creature with momentum in your Aether mono, or have a creature with Devour in a pure death deck. it might be more complex or expensive than adding pendulums or it might be a bit more streamlined, the idea is to get a few abilities, mostly ones that have been around awhile not brand new ones like overdrive or obsession, but dive and scavenge and such spread around a bit to spur some ideas and tactics.

put scavenger on the raven, not quite but maybe it covers death and darkness, i think as long as its close it should be ok, i have poison on the viper.
