lol draw 2 cards but theres three, yeah you need a better picture 

anways, it seems too similar to other cards made by other people for direct card draws.
its just simply better than precog. nothing special. unless you apply an effect to it.

perhaps revamp it to force your opponent to skip a draw?

maybe cause your opponent to discard one and you pick up 2.
something simple like that works.

Here's some art I made. The idea is that the card fading is representing the card you discard while the other two cards are in a "Temporal" sort of effect.

Hmmm, not sure about that version of the effect. It does have potential with GoTP but it would overshadow Precognition.

EDIT - Is this card by any chance inspired from Yugioh? I think I saw a similar card there as well.

The name should probably be changed as well to sound more elements-ish - How about "Temporal Strike" or "Temporal Weave"?

What about a permanent with draw a card when comes into play.
Whenever your opponent discards a card add it to your hand.

nahh too similar to mind gate. add another effect to it so its better.
