Starting cost is wayyyy too high. things are usually low in cost.

That being said, I'm not against high cost. It's just too UP. Would choose to put fog shield or SoFree into deck under any circumstance.
Maybe the buffs would be better as spells.

Its high because for example, a psion will be casted with this skill, he will then turn into an airborne and he will gain +3/+1 and airborne creatures gain +2/+0, so the Psions new attack and health will be 9/5. Its expensive because it will add up huge amount of damage to be inflicted by the creature and some hp. And not because  cards usually costs low it wouldn't be wrong to make a card that is expensive.

I agree... An interesting remix would be to have it give airbornes -3|-0... That would also make web a bit more versatile and help wings users out as well.

I.e if used on a grounded creature, it gets flying and gains attack.
If used on a flyer, it looses attack.

Then you would have to mix in spiders if you want to be able to repeatedly buff things, but even without them, it would be a very useful both defensively and offensively.
